This brochure intends to provide organisations with insight into a culture of integrity. It offers guidance on developing and strengthening an open culture of integrity within organisations. The brochure focuses specifically on the Integrity Infrastructure model of the Dutch Whistleblowers Authority (Huis voor Klokkenluiders), a practical model for building integrity. 

Values and norms indicate what is important to an organisation. They define what employees stand for and can be held accountable for. An organisation grounded in integrity takes responsibility for promoting and sustaining a culture of integrity. Organisational culture develops through shared ways of working and coordination and may include different subcultures or be influenced by external cultures. This brochure focuses on the culture of the organisation as a whole.
