INTEGRITY MANAGEMENT IN SEVEN COMPONENTS
Measures and policies aimed at promoting integrity work best when they reinforce one another. For organisations in the private, semi-public and public sectors, the Dutch Whistleblowers Authority recommends a coherent approach to integrity management consisting of seven components.
Supervisory directors may have both a formal role and a more informal role in the organisation’s integrity management. Below, we explain each of the seven components in more detail from the organisation’s perspective, followed by tips on how you, as a supervisory director, can fulfil your role.
