IN SUMMARY
A good conversation about integrity does not have to be difficult
After reading this brochure, you, as a supervisory director, will probably have gained sufficient inspiration and practical tools to have a conversation about integrity and fulfil your role.
Talking about integrity may feel uncomfortable at first, but with the tips and practical tools provided, it does not have to be difficult. A good conversation about integrity is also about personal values and norms, enabling conversation partners to get to know one another better and gain greater understanding of each other’s views. Talking about integrity therefore helps to deepen relationships and creates greater openness within the Supervisory Board and in discussions with the Management Board. That is extremely valuable when push comes to shove.
